Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy.  It is a healing method that was discovered in the late 1800's by a Japanese Christian Minister.

It was taken to the United States of America in the 1930's by a Japanese American woman,  and is now taught and practised in virtually every country of the world.

Reiki is a gentle, safe and simple method that promotes healing and harmony on all levels:  Physical, Spiritual, Emotional & Mental.
